Dear Mr. Mercier:

Re: Tariff Notice 330

On 17 February 2006, Télébec, Société en commandite, filed an application for Commission approval of revised pages of its General Tariffs, including a proposed tariff change, for which certain deficiencies were noted, to multi-party access lines. Télébec subsequently notified CRTC staff of its intention to file a revision to its original application.

Since it is awaiting this revision, the Commission will be unable to render a decision within 10 days of filing of the application. The Commission intends to dispose of the application within 45 business days of receipt of Tariff Notice 330.

Sincerely,

Original signed by S. Bédard
