Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re:  Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6925 - PrimeLine Executive service

On 21 February 2006, the Commission received Tariff Notice 6925 from Bell Canada (the Company) proposing revisions to its General Tariff (GT) Item 2180 - PrimeLine Executive service.

Commission staff notes that the Company proposes to increase the rates for PrimeLine Executive service, effective 1 May 2006, and that the Company proposes to notify the affected customers of these proposed changes via a short informational message (SIM) during the period from 1 March 2006 to 28 March 2006.

To allow for comments, Commission staff considers that it should wait for the comment period to pass before disposing of this application. The Commission expects to render its decision within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
