Part VII Application regarding 900 Service On 9 January 2005 , the Commission received an application from Bell Canada on behalf of itself, Aliant Telecom Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications and TELUS Communications Inc., pursuant to Part VII of the CRTC Telecommunications Rules of Procedure (the Rules ) requesting that the Commission modify certain terms and conditions in the IXC Billing and Collection Agreement as it relates to 900 Service. The Commission notes that, on 28 November 2005, it had received an application from MTS Allstream pursuant to Part VII of the Rules also related to 900 Service, and this proceeding is ongoing and the Commission has received comments from parties. As the two applications raise very similar issues, both applications will be dealt with together and at the same time. Accordingly, the comment and reply procedures are modified such that comments on Bell Canada's application may be filed by 3 February 2006, and reply comments on both Bell Canada's and MTS Allstream's applications may be filed by 13 February 2006.
