Tariff Notice 51 On 22 December 2005, the Commission received the above-noted application by People's Telephone Co. of Forest Inc. The company proposed to change its corporate name to People's Tel Limited Partnership. The company further requested that both the Commission's approval of this application and the effective date for this application occur on 19 January 2006.
