Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice No. 6919 On 21 December 2005, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 6919, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff Item 70.2 Primary Exchange (Local) Service to increase the monthly rates for flat-rate individual line business primary exchange service in certain rate bands. The company also proposed housekeeping changes. In view of the holiday season, the company's application remains under review by the Commission.
