Dear Mr. Mercier,

Re: Tariff Notice 321A

On December 19, 2005, Télébec, Société en commandite, filed an application proposing to withdraw the amendments it proposed in Tariff Notice 321, dated June 17, 2005, and involving five specific tariff components.

Because of the Christmas season, the Commission will be unable to render a decision within 10 days of filing of the application. The Commission intends to dispose of the application within 45 business days of receipt of Tariff Notice 321A.

Sincerely,

'Original signed by S. Bédard'
