Erratum

1.

In paragraph 5 of Vrak Junior - Category 2 specialty service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-98, 27 March 2006 (Decision 2006-98), the Commission indicated that VRAK.TV is targeted to children aged 9 to 14 years when it actually targets an audience consisting of children and youth up to age 14. Consequently, the Commission hereby corrects this decision by replacing paragraph 5 of Decision 2006-98 with the following:
 

5. The Commission notes that the service proposed by the applicant will be targeted to a pre-school audience, VRAK.TV is targeted to an audience consisting of children and youth up to age 14, and TELETOON/TÉLÉTOON does not have a specific target audience. However, the applicant pointed out that 90% of all TELETOON/TÉLÉTOON programming is devoted to programs drawn from categories 7(d) and 7(e). The Commission notes that the applicant is the licensee of VRAK.TV and TELETOON/TÉLÉTOON.
