Administrative renewals

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the cable broadcasting distribution undertakings set out in the appendix to this decision, from 1 September 2006 to 31 December 2006, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.

2.

The applications for the renewal of these licences were published in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-64, 23 May 2006. However, the Commission will not be able to rule on these applications before the current licences expire.

3.

This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. The Commission will issue decisions on the renewal applications at a later date.
