Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2006-62

Erratum

1.

In paragraph 6 of CJAQ-FM Toronto - Licence renewal, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2006-395, 23 August 2006, the Commission indicated that Rogers Broadcasting Limited (Rogers) did not reply to the intervention by the Canadian Independent Record Production Association when Rogers actually did submit a response. Consequently, the Commission hereby corrects that decision by replacing paragraph 6 with the following paragraph:

6. In its reply, Rogers stated that its non-compliance with subsection 2.2(9) of the Regulations during the week of 5 October 2003 was a "one-time anomaly" that does not reflect CJAQ-FM's past performance with respect to Canadian content. Rogers added that new measures have been introduced to ensure that the problem does not re-occur.
