Revocation of licence

1.

Northern Settlement of Brabant Lake has requested the revocation of its licence for
the cable distribution undertaking authorized to serve Brabant Lake.

2.

The licensee has informed the Commission that it has discontinued the operation of its cable system serving Brabant Lake.

3.

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licence issued to Northern Settlement of Brabant Lake for the above-mentioned undertaking.
