Revocation of licences - Exempted small cable broadcasting distribution undertakings

1.

Câblo-Saguenay inc. has confirmed its eligibility for exemption in accordance with Amendments to the Exemption order for small cable undertakings, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2002-74, 19 November 2002 (Public Notice 2002-74).

Given the licensee's request, the Commission revokes, pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the broadcasting licences issued to Câblo-Saguenay inc. for the undertakings serving Saint-André-du-Lac-Saint-Jean, Saint-Augustin, Saint-Charles-de-Bourget and Saint-Edmond-les-Plaines, Quebec.

The Commission reminds the operator of these undertakings that it must, at all times, comply with the criteria contained in the exemption order attached to Public Notice 2002-74.
