  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter atUrbainville to broadcast the programming of CBAF-FM-15 Charlottetown in order to adequately serve the population of Urbainville.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 106.9 MHz (channel 295A1) with an effective radiated power of 173 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 120.6 metres).

  The licensee proposes to add an FM transmitter atSt. Edward to broadcast the programming of CBAF-FM-15 Charlottetown in order to serve the population of  St. Edward.
  The transmitter would operate on frequency 97.5 MHz (channel 248A) with an average effective radiated power of 1,880 watts (maximum effective radiated power of 6,000 watts/antenna height of 107.8 metres).

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
  The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred.
  Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
