  Application by International Harvesters for Christ Evangelistic Association Inc. to amend the licence of radio programming undertaking CITA-FM Moncton, New Brunswick.
  The licensee proposes to add FM transmitters at Sussex, New Brunswick and Amherst, Nova Scotia, to broadcast the programming of CITA-FM, a Christian music service, in order to serve the Sussex and Amherst communities.
  The transmitter at Sussex would operate on frequency 107.3 MHz (channel 297LP) with an effective radiated power of 48 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 64 metres).
  The transmitter at Amherst, Nova Scotia, would operate on frequency 99.1 MHz (channel 256LP) with an effective radiated power of 50 watts (non-directional antenna/antenna height of 21 metres).
  The licensee also proposes to make a minor change in the authorized contours of CITA-FM by relocating the transmitter and by increasing the antenna height.

  The licensee proposes to broadcast a predominantly Tamil-language service using a Subsidiary Communications Multiplex Operations (SCMO) channel. Programming broadcast using an SCMO is not accessible with standard radio equipment, and requires the use of a special receiver.

  A true copy must be sent to the applicant and proof that this has been done must accompany the intervention sent to the Commission.
  The Commission advises those who file and serve by electronic mode to exercise caution when using e-mail for service of documents or notification, as it may be difficult to establish that service has occurred.
  Before initiating service through electronic mode, please ensure that you will be able to satisfy the Commission, upon request, that service of the notification was completed.
