  Further to its Broadcasting Public Notices CRTC 2005-66 dated 13 July 2005, 2005-66-1 dated 19 July 2005 and 2005-66-2 dated 12 August 2005 the Commission announces the following:
  THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD. THE INTERVENTION DEADLINE HAS ALSO BEEN EXTENDED TO 25 NOVEMBER 2005.
  CORRECTION TO ITEM 3
  Across Canada
Application No. 2005-0560-5
  Application by CTV Specialty Television Inc., on behalf of CTV Television Inc. (CTV), to amend the licence of the national specialty programming undertaking known as The Comedy Network (TCN).
  As noted in Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2005-66, CTV proposes to amend the broadcasting licence of TCN in order to implement the incentive program for English-language Canadian television drama set out in Broadcasting Public Notice
CRTC 2004-93.
  CTV's proposed amendment authorizing at-risk equity investments to count as eligible Canadian programming expenditures pursuant to Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-93 was not provided in Broadcasting Public Notice
CRTC 2005-66.
  The licensee proposes to replace the existing preamble to condition of licence 3 with the following provision:
  In accordance with the Commission's position on Canadian programming expenditures as set out in New Flexibility With Regard to Canadian Program Expenditures by Canadian Television Stations, Public Notice CRTC 1992-28, 8 April 1992, in The Reporting of Canadian Programming Expenditures, Public Notice CRTC 1993-93, 22 June 1993, in Additional Clarification Regarding the Reporting of Canadian Programming Expenditures, Public Notice CRTC 1993-174, 10 December 1993, and in Incentives for English-language Canadian television drama, Broadcasting Public Notice CRTC 2004-93, 29 November 2004, as may be amended from time to time.
