Interconnection Agreement for the provision of 9-1-1 service

1.

The Commission received an application by NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel), dated 28 January 2005, for approval of the Interconnection Agreement for the Provision of 9-1-1 Service between NorthernTel and Bell Canada.

2.

The proposed agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the company and Bell Canada with respect to NorthernTel's interconnection with Bell Canada's 9-1-1 Service.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves NorthernTel's application.
