Asymmetric digital subscriber line enhancement

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 28 January 2005, to revise Supplementary Tariff - Special Services and Facilities item 5800, Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) Line Enhancement, in order to  accommodate the provision of retail digital subscriber line Internet service to residential or business local telephone service customers whose local telephone service is provided by a competitive local exchange carrier via local loops leased from MTS Allstream.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
