Bell Canada

Migration of services from the National Services Tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada dated 28 January 2005, in order to revise the National Services Tariff (NST) to reflect MTS Allstream Inc.'s withdrawal of participation in the Bell Canada administered NST:
 
  • Item 301, Digital Network Access (DNA);
 
  • Item 302, Digital Private Line Service;
 
  • Item 303, Managed Digital Private Line Service;
 
  • Item 304, Digital Private Line Solutions Service
    Extension Features;
 
  • Item 305, Digital Private Line Solutions Service
    Extension Access Service;
 
  • Item 306, Customer Volume Pricing Plan (CVPP);
 
  • Item 307, Inter-Office Digital Channels;
 
  • Item 308, Access Special Routing;
 
  • Item 402, Broadcast and Image for Occasional Use
    - Domestic and Cross-Border;
 
  • Item 403, Broadcast and Image Full Time Inter-Exchange
    Broadcast-Quality Video Transmission Channel Service;
 
  • Item 790, Enhanced Card Swipe Access;
 
  • Item 901, Support Structure Service; and
 
  • Item 909, Card Swipe Access.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

Bell Canada submitted that the proposed changes to the NST would have no impact on the terms, conditions, rates and charges of these services for the remaining companies participating in the NST.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
