Revision to rates for Voice Mail and Call Management Services

The Commission received an application by Thunder Bay Telephone, dated 24 January 2005 and amended on 28 January 2005, to revise item 3, Voice Messaging, and item 5, Call Management Services, under section TB490 of its General Tariff in order to introduce the following new call management services: anonymous call rejection, selective call acceptance, and selective call rejection.

These features will be priced on the basis of the company's existing pricing structure that has the first service at one price and any additional features at another. These additional new features require subscription to call display and would be available at the additional feature rate of $1.95 for residential customers and $2.45 for business customers. The first call management service feature is priced at $3.95 and $4.95 for residence and business, respectively.

In Revision to rates for Voice Mail and Call Management Services, Telecom Order CRTC 2005-47, 4 February 2005, the Commission approved on an interim basis the application.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.
