Telecom Order CRTC 2005-86

  Ottawa, 7 March 2005

  Reference: Tariff Notice 114

Corporate name change

The Commission received an application by TBayTel, dated 28 January 2005, to revise Thunder Bay Telephone's General Tariff section TB10, Title Page, and section TB90, Definitions, in order to reflect a change in the corporate name from The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Department, Thunder Bay Telephone or TBT to TBayTel.

TBayTel proposed to reflect the corporate name change on each individual tariff page when the individual tariff pages are filed with the Commission, either as part of a housekeeping application, or other application, during the normal tariff process that is used to file applications for changes to existing tariff pages.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves TBayTel's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.

TBayTel is to issue revised tariff pages forthwith to reflect these changes.
