MTS Allstream Inc.

Full-time radio service - Winnipeg to Brandon

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 12 January 2005, to revise Supplementary Tariff -  Special Assemblies item 17150, Full-time radio service - Winnipeg to Brandon, in order to provide the customer with a 15 khz stereophonic radio loop and a 7.5 khz monophonic radio loop from the customer's studio in Winnipeg to the customer's transmitter in Brandon.

MTS Allstream filed an imputation test in support of its application.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission finds that the imputation test is satisfactory.

5.

The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
