1.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 30 December 2004, to revise General Tariff item 235, Provincial Enhanced 9-1-1 Service, in order to make the billing and collection of the government 9-1-1 fee currently available in Nova Scotia also available to the provincial government in Prince Edward Island under the same terms and conditions. The company also filed, as part of the application, the Agreement to collect provincial charges in Prince Edward Island for E9-1-1 service.
