Interconnection agreement between local exchange carriers

1.

The Commission received an application by Globility Communications Corporation (Globility), dated 30 November 2004, for approval of a revised Schedule C to the Master Agreement for Local Interconnection between Globility and Bell Canada.

2.

The revised Schedule C sets out the terms and conditions for the provision of local interconnection facilities between the networks of Globility and Bell Canada.

3.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission notes that Globility filed Appendices 3 to 6 of Schedule C in confidence and did not provide an abridged version of the appendices for the public record.

5.

The Commission approves Globility's application.
