Telecom Order CRTC 2005-191

  Ottawa, 19 May 2005

Société en commandite Télébec

  Reference: Tariff Notice 314

Introduction of a repair and maintenance tariff

The Commission received an application by Société en commandite Télébec (Télébec), dated 23 November 2004, to introduce General Tariff item 10.4, Other Services and Arrangements, in order to provide hourly rates for repair and maintenance work, and technical studies for Canadian cable companies and telecommunications carriers.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission notes that Télébec has appropriately classified the service to the Other Capped basket and has demonstrated that its proposed rates meet with the Commission's established imputation test requirement.

The Commission approves Télébec's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
