Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 27 April 2005, requesting approval of its proposed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) Tariff for interconnection services.

2.

Bell Canada submitted that the proposed CLEC tariff reflects: (a) the adoption and re-renaming of the Bell West Inc. tariff; (b) the amalgamation of the LondonConnect Inc. tariff; (c) the rates, terms and conditions specified in version 23 of the CLEC Model Tariff; and (d) the inclusion of item 601, Service Charge for Trouble Identification on ILEC Unbundled Local Loops, which the Commission approved in Telecom Order CRTC 2003-425 for LondonConnect Inc.

3.

The Commission approves on an interim basis Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
