Bell Canada

Hybrid packet network

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 3 December 2004, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item D65, Hybrid packet network, in order to extend the tariff for three years at existing terms and rates. The company also proposed to remove some components that are not in use and grandfather others for which parts are no longer available.

Bell Canada stated that the customer requested the extension.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
