9-1-1 Public emergency reporting service

1.

The Commission received an application by Ontario Telecommunications Association (OTA), dated 6 December 2004, to revise item 404, 9-1-1 Public emergency reporting service (PERS), under section 4 of its General Tariff in order to include North Frontenac Telephone Corporation Ltd. to the list of parties for 9-1-1 service.

2.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

3.

The Commission approves OTA's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.

4.

OTA is to issue a revised tariff page forthwith to reflect this change.
