Microlink Service and Microlink Measured Service

1.

The Commission received an application by MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream), dated 3 December 2004, to revise General Tariff items 1995 and 1997 and 2147 in order to:

  • change the name of Microlink (ISDN Basic Rate Access) Service to Integrated Services Digital Network - Basic Rate Interface Service
    (ISDN BRI Service);

  • change the name of Microlink Measured Service (ISDN Basic Rate Access) to Measured ISDN BRI Service;

  • add Microlink Measured Service (ISDN Basic Rate Access), proposed to be called Measured ISDN BRI Service, to the list of services eligible for the monthly charge for Manitoba Relay Service, as it was inadvertently omitted when first introduced as a service; and

  • remove the wording dealing with an expired promotion.

2.

MTS Allstream stated that the current service description, rates, terms and conditions would remain the same for General Tariff items 1995 and 1997.

4.

The Commission approves MTS Allstream's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
