Managed Utility Service - Customer Specific Arrangement

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 14 January 2005, to revise National Services Tariff item 722, Managed Utility Service - Customer Specific Arrangement, in order to add item 722.22, Customer Specific Information, for Internet Dial Port Service, a Bell Canada service provided in the territory of Aliant Telecom Inc.

The Commission approved on an interim basis the ex parte application in Telecom Order CRTC 2005-40, 3 February 2005.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

4.

The Commission approves on a final basis Bell Canada's application.
