Bell Canada

Digital facilities

1.

The Commission received an application by Bell Canada, dated 4 February 2005, to revise Special Facilities Tariff item D5(b), Digital Facilities, in order to provide for the speed reduction to 128 Kbps of the existing 256 Kbps digital facility between the customer's premise in Kingsey Falls (La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick) Independent Company exchange and the Bell Canada exchange at Victoriaville, Quebec. The customer requested the speed reduction.

The Commission received no comments with respect to the application.

The Commission approves Bell Canada's application. The revisions take effect as of the date of this Order.
