Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-9, 2005-9-1 and 2005-9-2 dated 14 and 28 October 2005 and 14 November 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 19 December 2005 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1, Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces the following:

1. AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT, THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS WITHDRAWN FROM THIS PUBLIC HEARING AND THE APPLICATION WILL BE RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.
