  Further to its Broadcasting Notices of Public Hearing CRTC 2005-11 dated 20 December 2005 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 20 February 2006 at 9:30 a.m., at the Metropolitan Conference Centre, 333 Fourth Avenue South West, Calgary, Alberta, the Commission announces the following:
1.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, 20 FEBRUARY 2006 WILL NOW COMMENCE ON TUESDAY 21 FEBRUARY 2006.

2. THE FOLLOWING ITEM IS AMENDED AND THE CHANGES ARE IN BOLD:
  CORRECTION TO ITEM 15

  Application by Vista Broadcast Group Inc., on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated (OBCI), for a licence to operate an English-language FMcommercial radio programming undertaking in Lethbridge
  The name of the applicant is changed to Vista Radio Ltd., further to the issuance of the Certificate of Amalgamation, pursuant to the Business Corporation Act of British Columbia on October 24, 2005.
