Dear Mr. Hatcher:

Re:   Tariff Notice 2

On 12 December 2005 , the Commission received the above-noted application by Persona Communications Corp. (formerly, Regional Cablesystems Inc.).   The company proposed, among other things, to introduce Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) Service under the same terms, conditions and rates as approved for Rogers Communications Inc.'s TPIA service.

The Commission has received comments with regard to the application.   The Commission is continuing its analysis and will be unable to dispose of the application within 10 business days of receipt.   The Commission expects to render its decision on the company's application within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
