Dear Ms. Hunt:

This refers to the report filed in confidence by Rogers Wireless Partnership (Rogers) and accompanied by a letter dated 28 November 2005 claiming confidentiality.   This filing was in response to a Commission staff letter dated 18 November 2005 with respect to the protection of confidential customer information.   In its cover letter, Rogers indicated that although an abridged version of the report has not been prepared, it is willing to do so.

Rogers is requested to file with the Commission, within five days of this letter, an abridged version of the report.
