Louise Bégin Dear Ms. Bégin: Subject: Tariff Notice 28 On 16 November 2005 , the Commission received an application from Téléphone Milot Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 28 seeking Commission approval for the revision of its general tariff effective 1 January 2006 . Commission staff is of the view that significant effort will be required to analyse this file in full. The Commission therefore will not be able to issue its decision on Tariff Notice 28 within10 business days of its receipt.
