Dear Ms. Slywchuck:  

Subject:   Tariff Notice 326, OC-3 digital interexchange access services

In Tariff Notice 326 filed on 17 November 2005 , Télébec requested approval of special facility tariffs and presented a brief economic study in support of its request.   The new article D201 provides for the supply of OC-3 digital interexchange access services.   On 25 November 2005 , Télébec indicated that it would be submitting additional information in support of its request.  

Accordingly, the Commission will be unable to render a decision within 10 days of filing.

The Commission intends to dispose of the application within 45 days of receipt of the information.
