Dear Mr. Palmer:

Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6913 - Work Function Structure

On 17 November 2005, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under cover of Tariff Notice 6913, which proposes to waive the Service Connection charge for existing Bell Digital Voice customers who wish to migrate back to Residential Exchange Service.

The Commission is continuing its analysis of this application and will be unable to dispose of Tariff Notice 6913 within 10 business days of receipt. The Commission expects to render its decision on the company's application within 45 business days of the application being filed.

Yours sincerely,
