Letter

Our File: 8698-C12-200506719

Ottawa, 10 November 2005

To: 211 Canada Steering Committee and Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention

Dear Sir/Madam:

Subject: ITS Canada application for 5-1-1

In a letter dated 18 October 2005, parties to the proceeding initiated by Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-5 (this proceeding) were provided an opportunity to reply to the reply comments filed by Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention (CASP), dated 11 October 2005.

Pursuant to this supplementary process, the 211 Canada Steering Committee (211 CSC) filed, by letter dated 4 November 2005, its reply to CASP's reply comments.

In a letter dated 4 November 2005, CASP raised an objection to 211 CSC's letter, stating that 211 CSC's correspondence should not form part of the public record of this proceeding. 211 CSC subsequently replied to this objection in a letter dated 8 November 2005.

The procedural matters raised in the above mentioned correspondence will be considered by the Commission when it renders its decision in this proceeding.

Regards,
