Mr. Brian Armstrong Dear Mr. Armstrong : Re: SaskTel Tariff Notice 98 - MicrolinkT Service On 1 November 2005 , the Commission received Tariff Notice 98 proposing revisions to SaskTel's General Tariff to increase the contracted and monthly rates for MicrolinkT service 2B channels. The company requested that the Commission grant approval of the proposed tariff revision with a proposed effective date of December 1, 2005 . In view of the company's requested effective date, which is beyond the 25 calendar day period provided to parties wishing to file comments on the company's proposal, the Commission will not issue an interim decision on this filing. The Commission will render its decision on TN 98 after the 25 day comment period has expired.
