Mr. Dennis Béland Dear Mr. Béland : Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6900 - Bell Digital Voice Service On 31 October 2005, the Commission received an application from Quebecor Media inc. (QMI) on behalf of itself and its affiliates, Vidéotron ltée and Videotron Telecom Ltd, requesting that the Commission review and vary Bell Canada proposal for VoIP service in Ontario and Quebec , Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-62, 20 October 2005 (Decision 2005-62). Staff notes that in Decision 2005-62, the Commission approved, on an interim basis, Bell Canada 's Tariff Notice 6900 dated 2 September 2005 (Tariff Notice 6900). Staff notes that the proceeding related to Tariff Notice 6900 is still ongoing. Accordingly, the matters raised by QMI in its 31 October 2005 request will be addressed when the Commission makes its final determination on Tariff Notice 6900, expected to follow the Commission's determinations in the Bell Digital Voice Service Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2005-9 proceeding currently anticipated for March 2006. Yours sincerely, 'Original signed by S. Hutton '
