Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6900 - Bell Digital Voice Service Pricing in Ontario and Quebec The Commission received a letter from Quebecor Media Inc. (QMI), dated 27 October 2005 , indicating that Bell Canada is illegally restricting the availability of its Bell Digital Voice service. Bell Canada is requested to respond to QMI's letter by 9 November 2005 . The company is also requested to provide at the same time, the company's detailed roll-out plan for Bell Digital Voice, including the timing and availability of the service in cities/locations, for each of the two provinces.
