Mr. Brian Armstrong Dear Mr. Armstrong : Re: SaskTel Tariff Notice 88 - Competitor Digital Network (CDN) Services On 8 September 2005, the Commission addressed questions to the company with regard to the above referenced application, requesting its responses by 28 September 2005. On 22 September 2005 , the Commission received a request from the company indicating that it would be unable to complete its responses to all of the questions by 28 September 2005 and requesting an extension to 21 October 2005 for its responses to questions Nos. 5 through 7.
