LetterOttawa, 1 September 2005 File No. 8638-C12-200502551 By email To: Attached Distribution List Re: Competitor Digital Network Services - Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6 - Deferral Account Drawdown Estimate In Competitor Digital Network Services , Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005 ( Decision 2005-6), the Commission directed each ILEC to file, within 30 days of the date of the Decision, deferral account draw-down estimates associated with: (a) the CDNA-eligible migrated demand and the CDN access and link rates approved in this Decision, effective 1 June 2002; and (b) the new CDN services and rates approved in this Decision, other than those that are the subject of compensation with respect to the CDNA service, provided for in (a) above, as of the date of the Decision. Given that issues with respect to the eligibility of circuits subject to CDNA/CDN pricing are currently before the Commission, companies will not be required to file their estimated deferral account drawdown with the Commission at this time. The Commission will provide direction for filing this information in the decision that results from Review and disposition of deferral accounts for the second price cap period , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2004-1, dated 24 March 2004 . Yours sincerely, "Original signed by Scott Hutton"
