The Commission is in receipt of the interrogatories dated 20 July 2005 filed by Xit telecom Inc. on behalf of itself, Xittel telecommunications Inc. and 9141-9088 Quebec Inc. (Xit). You are reminded that as set out in paragraph 47 of Forbearance from regulation of local exchange services CRTC Public Notice 2005-2, 28 April 2005 (Public Notice 2005-2) the parties may only address interrogatories to the telephone companies and to any party who filed comments pursuant to paragraph 43 of Public Notice 2005-2.
