Re: Application respecting Telecom Decision 2005-6 - "Location of Competitor Point of Presence"

On 5 July 2005, TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) filed a Part VII application relating to Competitor Digital Network Services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6, 3 February 2005 and the location of the competitor's point of presence.   TELUS copied parties to the proceeding begun by Competitor Digital Network Access service proceeding , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2002-4, 9 August 2002 (PN 2002-4) with its application.

Rogers Telecom and MTS Allstream submitted comments on 19 July 2005 and 27 July 2005 , respectively.

All parties to PN 2002-4 may comment on TELUS' application by 4 August 2005 , providing a copy to TELUS.   TELUS may submit comments in reply by 12 August 2005 , providing a copy to parties to PN 2002-4.
