You are reminded that as set out in paragraph 47 of Forbearance from regulation of local exchange services CRTC Public Notice 2005-2, 28 April 2005 (Public Notice 2005-2) the Commission and the parties may only address interrogatories to the telephone companies and to any party who filed comments pursuant to paragraph 43 of Public Notice 2005-2. As such, the following persons / companies are not required to answer ARCH's interrogatories:
