Parties to PN 2002-4

Re: Application respecting "Finalization of CDNA rebates for the interim period"

The Commission received an application, filed on an abridged basis on 9 June 2005, from Call-Net Enterprises Inc. (Call-Net) relating to the application of the interim Competitor Digital Network Access (CDNA) service regime as it relates to the finalization of CDNA rebates for the period prior to 3 February 2005 , the date of Competitor Digital Network Services, Telecom Decision CRTC 2005-6.

Bell Canada and MTS Allstream provided comments on 15 June 2005 and 15 July 2005 , respectively.

Parties to the proceeding begun by Competitor Digital Network Access service proceeding , Telecom Public Notice CRTC 2002-4, 9 August 2002 (PN 2002-4) may comment on Call-Net's application by 25 July 2005 , providing a copy to Bell Canada .   Bell Canada may submit comments in reply on MTS Allstream's 15 July 2005 submission and on any other comments received by 29 July 2005 , providing a copy to parties to PN 2002-4.
