Dear Mr. Maksimow:

Re:     MTS Allstream Tariff Notice 569 - VoIP 9-1-1 Call Routing Service

On 6 July 2005, the Commission received Tariff Notice 569 from MTS Allstream Inc. (MTS Allstream) proposing revisions to its Supplementary Tariff Access Services For Interconnection With Carriers And Other Service Providers (CRTC 24006) to revise the wording for Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) 9-1-1 Call Routing service as provided in Tariff Item 315.

VoIP 9-1-1 Call Routing service is the subject of the active Tariff Notice 568.   TN 569 raises issues being addressed in TN 568, and Commission staff considers it premature to address this application at this time.

Commission staff, therefore, notifies the company that the Commission's determination on TN 569 will be rendered at the same time as its final determination on TN 568.

Yours sincerely,
