Dear Mr. Guèvremont,

Re: Interconnection agreement with Bell Canada

On 23 June 2005 , the Commission received a filing dated 9 June 2005 regarding an interconnection and compensation of specialty services agreement signed by Bell Canada and Guèvremont.

Because the agreement indicates rates that do not agree with the approved tariffs for Guèvremont, Commission staff is of the view that it cannot rule on this application without further analysis.   Please provide the following information within 10 days of the date of this letter so that we can complete our analyses.

For each service code in Appendix C, identify the tariff item approved for Lambton and the related rate, or indicate whether there is no tariff for the service in question.

The Commission intends to issue its decision within 45 business days of the date of filing of the application.

Sincerely,
