Re: Interconnection agreement with Bell Canada

On 13 June 2005 , the Commission received a filing regarding an interconnection and compensation of specialty services agreement duly signed by Bell Canada and Lambton.

Commission staff is concerned about the use of the company's tariffs for the agreement in question.   Accordingly, the Commission intends to issue its decision within 45 business days of filing of the application.
