Ms. Brenda Stevens Dear Ms. Stevens Re: Rogers Cable Communications Inc Master Agreement for CLEC IXC Interconnection On 29 June 2005 the Commission received an application from Rogers Cable Communications Inc. (RCCI) pursuant to entry procedures established in Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8 Local Competition 1 May 1997 , for approval, pursuant to section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, of RCCI's Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection. The Master Agreement filed by RCCI is a template agreement based upon the most recent template agreement approved by the Commission in Telecom Decision 2003-35 CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee - Consensus items 4 June 2003 . The requirement to file agreements for approval does not apply to the template agreement but rather to agreements that have been signed between RCCI and IXCs. Consequently this application is closed. The Commission will examine, pursuant to section 29 of the Telecommunications Act, signed agreements RCCI files in the future. Yours sincerely, Original signed by Scott Hutton
